From the why, the what, and the how of school and district transformation and design to the conditions that support student-centered learning, we facilitate workshops and keynotes for leaders and their teams that will most impact teaching and learning.  We can align our sessions to district goals and initiatives and can co-create with leadership to ensure that learning isn't "one and done" and instead leads to systemic change.  

Leading change and creating the systems, structures, and conditions to best support teaching and learning isn't easy and doesn't need to be done alone. We partner with site and district leaders to provide support, just-in-time coaching, and innovative strategies to address barriers and obstacles throughout your change journey.

Structures and systems are value statements - they allow your vision to be implemented and your ideas to be operationalized.  We can partner with you to move from poster to practice, develop talent pipelines, and co-create the "how" for your work.

In addition to large group workshops and keynotes and individual coaching and thought partnerships, we also offer facilitation for communities of practice - opportunities for a team of leaders to learn and grow together. This can be done with your own problems of practice or one of our series focused on transformation design or organizational leadership.
